Dance Programs
RECREATIONAL
Our recreational program is for students attending 1 class + per week. The students can choose from Fairy Tale Ballet, Princess Funk, Pre-K Tap, Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, BBOYZ and Broadway Jazz. Recreational students will participate in our year and recital held at the Kelowna Community Theatre in June.
COMPETITIVE
Our competitive program is for Dancers ages 8+ that want to take their dancing to the next level. Depending upon their Competitive Team, students will be attending 1-3 competitions in the spring. These students will also participate our year and recital, eld at the Kelowna Community Theatre in June.
JUNIOR ACADEMY, INTERMEDIATE ACADEMY, SENIOR ACADEMY
With an Audition for placement, this is an elite performance company that will perform at different events throughout the city in addition to competitions. Students will travel and attend conventions. Fundraising will be available. Attendance is a MUST; this is a program for the most dedicated Dancers. Students will audition before a panel of 3 objective judges with an extensive Dance background that do not currently work at the Kelowna Dance Studio. In order to audition students must meet a list of requirements, please contact the Studio for more information.
